PNW Aging is a company created and developed to take the very best care of you and your loved ones. We are a small, independent, locally-owned and operated agency that does things thoughtfully and creatively. PNW Aging provides a team of experienced professionals who are ready and available to help you or your loved one with whatever they need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer shifts anywhere from 4 hours (minimum) up to 24 hours. Not only does PNW Aging provide services in the home, we can assist with several types of living situations such as independent living, assisted living, living with family or friends, as well as post-rehab stays.
PNW Aging serves a diverse community of Elders and others who need extra assistance with different aspects of their lives. It is our goal to provide you with someone to trust, and provide the help you need. PNW Aging adheres to the highest ethical guidelines including those of the Aging Life Care Association and the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. PNW Aging is a fully licensed, insured, and certified Home Care Agency regulated in the State of Washington (License #IHS.FS.61338099). All of our Caregivers have been through a background check prior to working for our agency. PNW Aging hires the most professional, skilled and compassionate Caregivers possible.

Activities included in companionship care are diverse and tailored to the individual's interests and needs. By providing a consistent presence and meaningful engagement, companionship care helps to alleviate loneliness, promote mental health, and maintain a sense of connection and purpose.

Dementia Care
Our Team is a Certified Dementia Friendly Business, as well as Dementia Friends in Clark County. Our Caregivers undergo continuous training, and have the tools and skills needed to work with those affected by dementia.
Nurse Delegation
Nurse Delegation is a program under Washington State law which allows a caregiver to complete tasks that would otherwise be handled by a nurse. Nurse delegation certifies caregivers to perform daily care-related tasks for clients.
